What a 'great' time had by all. Especially Keith and me. Having the party at the Little Gym was a great idea. All we had to do was show up. They did everything from set up to clean up. The kids and parents had a great time just enjoying the activities. We had the party on Saturday the 30th and Bellas Birthday is on Tuesday, June 2nd. Guess we will just have to throw another party, but this one will be at the Beach...more pictures to follow.

Bella will be '2' on June 2nd...this is her Birthday present. She got it early since we will be out of town on her birthday. And boy does Bella love it. When she got the first look, she took off running down the hill towards the playset.

Bella 'just being' Bella

She loves to 'flip' as she calls it

Bella reading her Bible

Not sure where she picked up this kick...looks pretty convincing.

Moving objects back and forth and back and forth and back........

'I color'

My Princess smile

What, you talking to me?

If I could just win the lottery, I wouldn't have to wear these crazy heart pj's........

The countdown is on....Bella will turn 2 in 9 days!!!! We have been practicing singing 'Happy Birthday' and she is getting pretty good. She will sit around and sing the first couple of lines. We have been telling her that a special day is coming soon. I keep Isabella's birth mother in my thoughts alot but especially now that her Birthday is just a few days away. Such a loving, giving thing that she did which brought Isabella into our lives forever.

Sesame Street Live....where Elmo go?

i took the day off Thursday from work and swept Bella away to see her 'FAVORITE' character of all time...lol Elmo! Sesame Street Live was in town and we had front row seats. Bella loved every minute of it. The characters came off the stage and danced in front of our seats several times during the show. I was concerned that she might be afraid of the characters because they were soooo big in person, not. She was reaching out, waving, and touching when they would sit down beside us. Whenever the scenes would change and Elmo went off stage Bella would ask, 'where Elmo go?'

Bella will be swinging into her 2nd Birthday!!!

Posted by Picasa

Oh my gosh! Can you believe it? Two weeks from today, June 2nd, Bella will turn 2 years old. She will already say '2' when you ask her how old she is. And she holds up 5 fingers as she just can't quite fold down the fingers around her pointer and index finger. Keith and me have looked and talked and looked and talked and looked and talked...trying to decide what to get our 'baby girl' for her Birthday. We have contemplated everything from a tricycle to a ski boat, just kidding. Since she loves to play outside so much, we decided on a swing set. We wanted something she could grow with. And after another three hours searching and comparing, I came up with the swing set in the picture. The final selling point was that it has a built in toy box. It should be delivered in a couple of days just in time for daddy to put it together before Bella's Birthday.

23 Months Old Today!!

She loves Kenny Chesney....just chillin' and watching....

'What Not to Wear'

'No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem"

Just taking it all in.....

Bella is growing up sooooo fast.....I love that she is able to understand and follow simple to somewhat moderate directions. And that she can let me know what she wants to see or not see on TV. Most of the time she just wants to see Elmo. Thank goodness for the 'On Demand' Channels. We can have Elmo as often as we need him. And can tell me what she wants to eat, usually Cheerios or French Fries. And will tell me if she wants juice or milk. And is getting pretty good with her colors. She is especially good with 'pink'. Go figure, most all of her clothes have some pink in them. Her new thing so say is 'I got something'. And she has started to come to me when she has a dirty diaper with 'I stinky'. She has figured out to call a scratch a 'boo boo'. She even, for the first time, turned a book around that was upside down. And she wants to do everything herself, 'I do it'. She doesn't even want me to sing with her. And her vocabulary has grown so much that I can't even keep up with the new words that she uses each day. We are at the 'whats that' phase. I must have heard those two words at least 100 times today.

And did I mention that she has the 'worst' allergies. Poor thing, she has been coughing and sneezing for two weeks. We made a trip to the Ped just to check it out. She loves it outside so much, but the pollen is really playing havoc with her. She is loving her 'flip flops' this year too.

We went for a pony 'horsie' ride last Saturday. She loved it and wasn't afraid of the pony at all. And even gave 'Rocky' a kiss on his nose after the ride was over. She is truly an outside, country girl that can't stand to have dirty hands. lol

We have lots of fun things to do in the next couple of weeks. We are going to see Jack Hannah at our local Natural Science Center, Elmo live (front row seats), and a Beach Vacation just to name a few.
